Bought a advertised product on Guns America called "Black Widow" Classic AK 47 Rifle which is distributed by Shooters Wholesale. The product I purchased was touted as having a superior finish called GunKoteTM which protects the gun from almost all environmental influences including scratches. I received the rifle and much to my amazement when I moved the safety the safe to fire position the GunKoteTM scratched of leaving bare metal.in addition when I removed the receiver cover to inspect the rifles internals and replaced it the GunKoteTM had chipped off. If you go to Guns America's website and read the ad for the "Black Widow"Classic AK 47 you will notice that the ad goes into great depth praising the benefits of GunKoteTM. It is my belief that this product I purchased was not coated with GunKoteTM as I am familiar with the product.
