Ripoff no product delivered: gas powered razorback 36cc

Bargain mail order ripped me off. I purchased a Gas Powered RAZORBACK 36ccScooter. I received a defective scooter I returned the scooter within 3 days, well within the warranty period. I have not received a refund or a replacement scooter. I have mave many attempts to contact the company. I have yet to receive a respons.
