No response to tent repalcemant parts information requests. All phonenumber sring busy, 800 number has recording asking for "PIN" numbe

We purchased the SwissGear Dome Tent with shock-corded fiberglass poles. First summer of use the tent roof fly ripped over center dome allowing rain to leak through dome ventilation screen. Then when collapsing the tent for storage one major tent support pole snapped at the metal joint.

Numerous attempts to contact American Recreation Products for replacement parts were unsuccessful. Listed phone numbers either ring busy or are diconnected... The 800 number has a recording asking for a 'pin number'?? Unable to provide one, the recording ask you to try again later! CEO is listed on the web with no contact data, email or phone number.

We will forever stay away from any outdoor equipment distributed by this company!
