Marv Lubinsky has been selling a version of my product for minimally five years. He has not paid me any royalties for selling a version of my product. He is aware of his actions and continues to sell my creation. He is also aware that I am the sole creator of the retro football helmet to be worn as a hat at football games. Marv is receiving a royalty but not paying a royalty to me.
