No return or cancelation are accepted. No actual phone number. Sold fake and pirate desinger shoes beijing

Do not buy shoes from this website. It is in Beijing, China. The website is deceitful. There is no phone for customer serice even though it said to call. There is only the email. They do not accept cancelation. We requested to cancel the order after we ordered. They did not answer our email. But they took the money. We placed the order in December 11. The package is still in SIngapore in December 19. It is not a friendly service and is not the American way. Please do not make the sme mistake that we did.
