Received a pair of MBT's. Tried to return - company wanted a $30 restocking fee and would not pay shipping.
Decided it was too expensive and too much work and would go ahead and wear them.
Upon further inspection, noticed the seams were misalligned and sewing had holes in the stitiching. Notified company of the defective product.
They want the pictures of the shoes sent to them in China, a restocking fee and will not pay for shipping back to China. I don't have the ability to send pics via email and simply want a label to return the defective shoes.
They claim that without pics, no return will be honored. This return policy is not listed anywhere on their web site.
I have filed a complaint with my VISA issuer.
