Nevada Beach Kayak Rentals Hired me to do a job in 2007 and never paid me

Brenda Roger and her business, which was in 2007 named High Sierra Adventure Sports when she was located in South Lake Tahoe, CA, hired me to video document the City of South Lake Tahoe inspecting her facility for a on Lake Tahoe Blvd. Regarding signage, parking and rear door access to her facility.
I spent an hour and a half videotaping on my DVD camcorder and delivered to her a door an invoice and the original DVD from the camcorder. I never recieved payment, and she has since left that address and moved her facility to Nevada.
Pay me my money!!!
