Doug Hart and I entered into a contract to reproduce and sell my design. He broke this contract because he was unable to finish paying for it. So we made an amendment to the orginal contract. And he has also broke that one also.
Now he will not return phone calls or emails, which I have has this problem with him sence 2007.
I wish to recover my rights and everything he took. Two aircraft and lots of parts. I want him to stop advertising and selling any of my designs.
