I'm an associate of LA Fitness South Elgin and revel in exercising there... Once the membership is clearly available during its business hours. Nowadays, February 15th, the membership didn't start at starting period for that next business-day in AROW. I, along side a number of other customers, waited within the parking lot from soon after 5am till after 6am, but no LA Exercise employee using the capability to start the membership turned up throughout that period. On Friday, February 12th, I waited until roughly 5:50am and, again, the membership didn't start before I quit. Personally, I experienced the membership starting somewhat late twice around the holiday season and when in late Oct/early Nov.
On Friday, I named LA Fitness Corporate to see them of the scenario. It clearly did not do much great when the membership didn't start the next Monday promptly. I intend to contact again today to record this case.
As previously mentioned, I usually appreciate my nearby LA Exercise and believe the team course teachers are exceptional. Nevertheless, administration seemingly have some issues... Managing. Aside from the morning hours employment issues, there appears to be lots of amenities issues (damaged gear, terrible heat/cooling issues) the regional administration blames "corporate" for. Regardless of the scenario is, regional administration must make it happen work together, especially regarding employment problems, before people begin departing in groups towards the several additional fitness center choices we've within our region.
