If u lift heavy weights do not come to this gym. When u think the name world gym u think of the 1970's when it was a hardcore gym. At my location its not even like a gym its like a family hangout. First off the weight room is on the second floor and cardio equipment is on the first and every time u drop ur weights down someone tells a worker and they tell u to place the weights down nicely. How can i o that with 100lb dumbbells. They dont even have a mats so u can deadlift off the floor. Now when i workout i have to worry about if i am making to much noise. Do not go if u lift heavy weight this guy is for pussy assed fat people.
