I am a regular customer at ClaimMaker's. However, three of the last four times that I have been in there, they have miscounted my chips when I cash out. The counter is a machine, but i think it may purposely miscount to ripoff unprepared patrons. Luckily, i double count my chips ahead of time and have made them recount by hand when it has come up wrong. I think that this is a scam, but don't have anyone else i can ask to see if it has happened to them!
