The situation is this: I ordered 121 soccer jerseys which were delivered both with complete disregard for a verbal instruction as well as 32 of the Jerseys being completely defective with the 5 in 15 slanted. I have spoken to both Judy Simon and Matt, whose last name I do not know, on several occasions finding them to be both outright rude and uncooperative and conveying what I am sure is NOT Epic Sports motto the customer is always wrong. I ordered the jerseys myself on the phone and then online. My request was this: please put the number 3 inches below the collar so there is room for a 3 inch name. There is a white stripe below the collar and one inch from the collar to the stripe. The jerseys arrived with the number 3 inches below the collar, which is just below the stripe, not centered on the back like the omnipresent industry standard and certainly in no way allowing for the 3 inch name as ordered. All in all the order was neither filled correctly, thoroughly, nor professionally. As recompense what we wanted is simple: we would like to be totally reimbursed for the misprinted Jerseys and would like to re-order the Jerseys blank, to be frank at a steep discount, so that we can print them ourselves. This request has thus far been brashly denied.
