In January of I ordered two particular rugby jerseys from Argie Sports Corp. Which was located in Tampa Florida.
The amount was not large, around $110 USD. Paypal was the intermediary.
I followed up every couple of weeks, and was assured I would be sent the jerseys, and I assumed some of the delay was due to Canada Customs. I even called directly and got the owner who assured me everything was okay. I eventually launched a paypal complaint but missed the deadline of 6 weeks by a couple of days.
The business then apparently moved to Argentina. I even called them directly there, and was still assured I would get the jerseys.
No luck... Is almost a year... No credit on my credit card, and no jerseys... in effect, Argie Sports stole the money from me...
