Airsplat.com, Denial of clear Manufacture defect BEWARE! Horrible Support!

My son ordered a Bell G3 SAS ($90) air soft Rifle that was shipped to our house with clear manufacture defects. First off, his gun came with multiple defects out of the box. The flash hider which was screwed on incorrectly could not be unscrewed to remove and install the battery. (Trust me, the flash hider has to be removed.) Secondly, the gun came with a sling loop missing, instead there is a hole in the back where the sling loop should be. Airsplat denied all these logical claims saying that it was deliberately done by the manufacture according to "Customs" regulations. On their website, the picture of the gun and the instruction manuals say that there is a sling clip and the flash hider is to be removed in order to install the battery. So he contacted Airsplat regarding this problem within one day of receiving the gun. He quicklt e-mailed Airsplat.com asking for a full return as it was under the 3 day return period. Airsplat never replied to his e-mail that was sent out to their support department.

After one week of waiting for a reply, he called their customer support department. On their website, under the phone number it said "The operator is not qualified to answer any technical support or RMA inquires". Despite that fact, he still called in to file a RMA claim. To his surprise, that line actually could get you to the technical support department even when the website was CLAIMING that you could not!

After 45 minutes on hold waiting to talk to the support representative because they he had to "CHECK" something, they finally sent out an RMA application form. My son filled it out and sent it back to their e-mail. Airsplat promised that they would respond to that e-mail within 48 hours. But even after waiting 5 days the reply never came. So he called back in again and they went through the same thing, this time saying that they never received the e-mail. FYI, we live in a digital age, e-mails do NOT get lost. So he filled out ANOTHER RMA request, the second time already and still received no reply.

Fed up with Airsplat.com, He called in the THIRD time and finally got the support representative to fill out a RMA form for him and he handed it directly to the technical support department so that it could not be SOMEHOW "LOST". The technical support finally contacted him saying that all guns were all made like that by the manufacture without a sling loop. That is a load of BULL SHIT! You can clearly tell that it was a defect and they were denying a logical claim. Even the picture on their website had a clip on the gun. My son told them that he contacted their company within the 3 day return period so he should be entitled to a full return of the gun. They obviously denied it because it was out of the 3 day period. FYI, it was out of the return period because they had not responded in time, now saying it is my son's problem to deal with.

I then quickly stopped my credit card payment and disputed the price charged to our credit card.

We will not settle for anything other than a full refund of the gun and shipping both ways.

Do not do business from them and I for sure will never buy from them again!
