I purchased a jersey from this merchant and when I received it was damaged, the quality was poor, and the item was NOT authentic.
They have a very strict return policy, but it does not address damages or poor craftmanship. I contacted them via email since they do not have a telephone number and they did not respond.
I esclated my complaint and filed a dispute with my credit card company.in the rebuttal form All Pro Authentics/William Parrish altered my email communication and deleted the portion describing the poor craftmanship and made offensive remarks to what my real problem was.
The dispute is still in process, but it is important that this merchant not stay in business. His behavior is unacceptable and unethical.
