In dec i purchased a new smith and wesson firearm and was given paperwork for a fifty dollar rebate or 2 extra magazines so i jumped through all the hoops and prepared everything and sent it in so now its march so i call smith and wesson to ask about the status of my stuff and they referred me to a company called mps so i call them and this rude individual informs me that unless i have all of the paperwork to resubmit im out of luck since im not in there system and this isnt the first time i have trouble with a smith and wesson rebate so buyer beware just pay retail for a glock and be done with it they stand behind there commitments i sure cant say that for s and w so ill just take my buying power elsewhere.
