I am currently in a tug of war with this company reguarding a cancelled membership. Last Nov I contacted their Sandy Springs location and told them I wish to cancel my memebrship and they told me to call there billing company and I did. I made a payment for cancelation and it was processed then I recived another bill from them and called the company again and went through the process and cancelled it again. That was in the begining of Dec 07. I never recived a bill after that. Then just recently I got a past due notice reguard this same memembership stating I am past due on December's payment and January's payment. They apparently changed billing companies and they now show no cancelation that I made in Dec. This is so mismanaged and they don't care they just keep hoping people keep paying.
