No Response, Item Not Delivered

I put my purchase on 1/19/09 and obtained an order verification, but haven't noticed back from their website however. I sent them to determine once the skateboard could be delivered (because they don't have any telephone # stated) and that I've gotten NO RESPONSE. Our boy will be soooo annoyed. These men truly pull for TAKING individuals' hard earned cash. Be warned... Don't buy from their website!
