Former Gridley Little League treasurer Eryka Abella was charged with a single count of grand theft by embezzlement, totaling $32,878, which she stole from Gridley Little League, and which she used for personal expenses.in November The Gridley Herald named Eryka and her husband as "Family of the week". Stealing money from kids is sad and disgusting. According to the newspaper, Eryka works as an Instructional Aide for all grades at Wilson Elementary School in Gridley. Keerah Abella, Autiahna Abella and Viktoria Abella must be proud. Abella Flooring, owned by Eryka and her husband have been long time sponsors of Little League. Wonder if she paid the sponsorship with money she stole from the league?
