This company supposedly deals in fishing tackle and gear, at least that's what the website claims! From my experience, they show signs of back door catalog sales!
I was online seeking specific fishing tackle that is not readily available just anywhere. I happened to stumble accross their website and to my surprise they offer what I need.
I went ahead and ordered sufficent supply to meet my needs as this tackle is very hard to aquire. Website indicated it was in stock and immediately available - or so I thought! When placing the order there is a box for the purchaser to indicate specific instructions. I indicated ASAP and to send an e-mail with shipping details so I could track my order. Needless to say, after three e-mails and a phone call I have yet to get that information. They were however, able to take my money immediately after placing the order!
This for me is a lesson learned from a bad experience! Don't purchase over the internet unless you can call the establishment and speak with a human who is willing to give out the information you request and personally confirm the merchandise IS IN STOCK and an exact shipping date together with tracking details!
My next step is protest the charge and involve law enforcement. It's time folks stop playing games with these individuals and take the get tough approach!
I had a similar incident which is also listed on consumer complaintss purchasing a quad for my grandaughter out of Texas! I sent the Blaunsfel Police right to the guys doorstep and guess what—He responded immediately!!!
