Do not use this company, i repeat do not use them.
I ordered a few items from this website back in MAY. One item sent incorrectly so i sent it back via recorded delivery. Uksoccershop said they didnt receive the item so i had to complete a lost report at the post office. The post office said they wrote to uksoccershop but received no reply so they would assume the item had arrived safely. During the post office enquiry i was emailing uksoccershop on a daily basis to find out if they had received my item. I would get responses as and when they felt like it and most of my questions were ignored, including the main question - do you have a contact number that someone actually picks up!
Eventually some good news, uksoccershop said they had received an item back but no return form filled in (which is a lie because i filled it in) hence the reason it took so long for them to establish it was my return (hmmm...)
I was then asked if i want a refund or exchange, i opted for refund. Since then, they have p*ssed me about with numerous emails saying it is being delt with but as yet no refund. Now i am not getting any email responses and no one answers the phone number on the website. It has been a rather frustrating experience. NEVER use this company. SIMON PRESTWELL IS A CON ARTIST.
