Atv Discounterfrontier Imports / atv Discounter i, ve been to order #26898 has been delivered via email but. After 15 days i see nothing

On 6-10-08 i ordered a roketa bahama scooter and ipayed $777.4 it with an atm card. I was told that it would take 8 to ten days for it toget here. Now it is the 23rd of june and i can, t get in toch with them.By phone or email. Itried to track my order at estes shipping company and they told me that thaey have not recived an order nomber or a tracking number. Which is 0899 327 243. So as far as iam concerned because of mis comunication i have been repped off
