Similar problem to prior post from another individual.
My problem: 6 weeks after paid for and ordered pair of chaps ($150)& 11 emails later, 5 phone calls later, and still no delivery of the chaps i ordered. 2 of the emails were answered by Sandra Parsons, with promises of shipping dates. None of phone calls were answered. Customer service phone number always asks you to leave a message, which is never answered. No response from them in the last 3 weeks.
Buyer beware. This is more than just sloppy service. This borders on fraud.
