I do not know if anyone has ever been "kicked out" of this substandard facility, but I do know that Ashley rountinely sells lame horses and ponies and does completely misrepresent them. Get a vet check, and PLEASE ride and try the horse first. She just sold a pony to someone in North Carolina (without them trying the pony) that is a chronic runaway. She also sold a pony with a bad knee and even lied to the vet who came to look at the pony and said she was not the seller when he told her how bad the knee was. Then she tried to tell the buyer that the vet said the knee was fine. Luckily the buyer talked to the vet first!
Get a vet check and try the pony first!!!
