I ordered an e-book from these people (Chris Pizzo) and I am sure he is a scam artist like the rest of the people on this site. I paid $14.95 for the book and... Surprise, surprise (but not any more)... I got charged $39.95 a month later for no reason I could think off and was informed in the email that this was a recurring charge - which I had never authorised.
I sent a message to them ([email protected]) querying the charge, but got a peculiar email from "[email protected]" saying "Brendan" did not work for them anymore and that my email would be dealt with by someone else. I thought this was strange, because I never sent an email to that address... And why would they reply from that address? (I smelt a rat). A few days later I sent another message, but got no reply. Called them up, same thing, like the 21 or more others who complained on this site
I then Googled "Chris Pizzo scam", "Chris Pizzo ripoff"... And found this site... And realised I was being cheated. I immediately called me Credit Card Company and told them about my problem. The told me to write to them, giving all information, including printouts of the postings on this site. I've done this and I expect them to chargeback these scam artists
Talk to your credit card company. Give them all this information - even tell them to Google "Chris Pizzo scam" to prove your point. Also, point them to this website and help put an end to this scam.
