I was ripped off for $495.00 by Opti-Golf in October, and just found your sight today. I tried to fax the following message to them but got a message that their mailbox was full on several occasions. What made matters worse is that we went on vacation for a month, and partially blamed ourselves for being away when the final days were to be coming to an end to return the clubs, and the evaluation. The company claimed to get my name from the Greater Hartford Open PGA golf tournament held in Rocky Hill Connecticut last year, which I attended with a friend from church. The golf clubs are a nice set 1,3, 5 woods, but I don't pay that much normally for a whole set of clubs and was evaluating them with a chance of winning them free supposedly.

Hello Pat O'Conner I have tried many times to contact your company and there is almost always a message that the mailbox is full call back again. I am at the point of trying to return the 3 woods in question, because they were not able to help my golf game enough to afford the expenditure. At this time I am going on vacation in two days and will not get back until the end of the month so I would request a RA (return authorization number) ASAP to alleviate a problem. Thank you for allowing me the chance to use some good woods but this year I had two operations on my knees and didn't get in enough golf to be a Consistent golfer.
