On March 16 I placed an order for a product and received a confirmation number. Although not critical for an upcoming trip, I thought I would send a quick note on March 28 just to check the status per their on-line instructions which promises a response in 24-48 hours. As of April 3, I had heard nothing so I thought I would call... That was a mistake.
I was rudely told to follow the on-line process and I politely told him I did but didn't get anything back. Yelling, he told me I needed to have kids and learn a little patience. Each time I tried to (calmly interject) he rudely cut me off and told me I needed to be quiet and let him talk. Not sure where than came from. I never raised my voice but sat in disbelief. Once again I tried to question the lack of response and he shouted how much money his business did, how many businesses he owned and he didn't need my business.
Finally, I calmly asked if I could cancel my order and he rudely told me to send an e-mail and then hung up.
I have contacted a couple of BRANDS they suggest they represent and neither of the two I corresponded with have them listed as an on-line seller.
Oh well, lesson learned. Best to do business with reputable companies.
