I ordered golf clubs in September - after numerous calls and trying to cancel the order, they contacted me and we agreed to let the order go through. I received the clubs and they received payment. Two weeks ago I received a second set of UNORDERED clubs as well as them hitting me again for the second set. I have tried to contact them by phone (they never answer, via postal mail (unanswered) and via email. I do not want to pay for return shipping so I have requested a return label and I want my account credited for the full amount. It is impossible to speak with a human at this company - I have asked them to call me but no response. I will gladly return the clubs when I get a return shipment sticker and a written promise that they will credit my account. I have requested unautherized access to funds from my bank because I paid with a debit card - I will continue to file the paperwork but would like to handle it correct.
