This company has outrageously bad customer service. They do not care about their customers one bit. They sell their products via the web and Ebay.
I purchased a Paintball part for a Christmas Gift on Ebay. I immediately paid for the item via Paypal and noticed as soon as I pressed submit that Paypal had my address wrong in the shipping. I immediately emailed Punisher Paintball at the email address they had listed on their Ebay Listing for the item. I also emailed them via the Ebay contact seller link. I told them that the address coming through on Paypal was completely wrong and to send the item to my current address.
Punishers Paintball ignored by my email through Gmail and my contact seller email. They later said that they did not get my emails but this is not possible since I contacted them through the Contact Seller link on Ebay which should appear on their Ebay Account would not be lost through any spam filters.
Since they ignored my email I emailed them again a day later and again two days after that. It appeared on Ebay that my item had shipped and I knew that it had shipped to the incorrect address since they had ignored my emails. I emailed them again.
They continued to ignore all my attempts at communication. They later indicated that I should have called them at their telephone number since they don't receive email. But they listed their email address as a contact option and I don't have a home phone!
I was desperate to get this gift before Christmas rolled around as it was the only gift I had bought this person. I decided to hope that the person who had received it had kept it. I drove 50 miles each way to a town I didn't live at anymore to knock on the persons door and ask if they had received my package. They did and they had kept it! I was able to get it from them.
I was very upset that I had to do this and Punishers Paintball still ignored my attempts at communication so I left them negative feedback.
And all of the sudden, there they were! It appears that Punishers Paintball doesn't care about their customers but they do care about negative feedback! They immediately left me negative feedback in return. (Apparently it is unreasonable to expect the company to communicate with their customers). Then they sent me an email requesting that I withdraw feedback and they would do the same.
I asked that they return my shipping costs to make up for gas. They then proceeded to harass me, indicate that I was lying, file a square trade complaint against me and on and on. They refused to provide any sort of decent customer service, refused to apologize for ignoring me, refused to even admit that they had done even one thing wrong.in their eyes, it is ok to ignore their customers, harass their customers etc...
I finally just rescinded my negative feedback to make them leave me alone and they sent me a rude email indicating again that they didn't send to the wrong address!
There are plenty of good, reputable, nice, customer service friendly Paintball supply places out there. I suggest you don't do business with Punishers Paintball!
