Outboards On Ebay Poor Customer Service Obscene Language Towards Customers Internet Scams Dallas

Tohatsu Outboard Motors, Nissan Outboard Motors, Dealer on Ebay.internet Forum Scams, Poor Customer Service, Obscene Language Towards Customers.

I had a problem with Tohatsu Outboard Motor product service and approached Tohatsu Outboard representative, Elvin D'Angelo, from www.internetoutboards.com, who claims to be the second largest Tohatsu outboard motor dealer in the world and sells Tohatsu outboards on Ebay as well as his website or websites. He was extremely rude to me and used, what I consider to be, foul and obscene language towards me.

For the record, I have read public information that, in my opinion, confirms the fact that Tohatsu or Tohatsu Outboard Motors manufactures Tohatsu outboards and/or Nissan Outboard Motors in China. This information has been denied by the Tohatsu Outboard and Nissan Outboards dealers, however, copies of official documentation in support of this claim are available to the public (official documentation available).

Non EPA certified outboards, including Tohatsu outboards, are offered for sale in the U.S.By dealers. I believe Tohatsu dealers, including www.internetoutboards.com and/or www.onlineoutboards.com, have recently or in the past, provided direct links to their websites offering to sell non EPA outboards or Tohatsu outboards or Nissan outboard motors directly to the public in the U.S.A. (true copies of printouts available).

I have reason to believe that with regard to the Tohatsu outboards ordered from www.internetoutboards.com and Tohatsu dealers on Ebay that in many or most cases the Tohatsu outboard motors are dropped shipped directly from Tohatsu America Corp. Located in Dallas, Texas or Farmers Branch, Texas.

Tohatsu Outboards and Nissan Outboard Motors representative Elvin D'Angelo (under the username Tohatsu Guru), of www.internetoutboards.com, provides untruthful information to unsuspecting customers seeking unbiased advice on outboard motor products on boating forums. It seems obvious to me from the forum text that customers are provided with untruthful and/or inaccurate information in order to slander (liable) or damage the reputation of other outboard motor brands and to entice the customer or potential outboard customer to purchase product from his Tohatsu outboard dealership or his website. I have reason to believe this is done with the assistance of a second or third party who appear to be working in unison with the Tohatsu Outboard dealer, internetoutboards.com, on the forum. (Text is available in support of this proposition.) In addition, negative information about Tohatsu Outboards and Nissan Outboard Motors appears to be deleted from the forum text. I believe this is a scam or certainly misleading because the truthful information is deleted, but the false information is left in the boating forum.

I was a Tohatsu Outboard motor customer. I contacted Tohatsu outboards with my product concerns and was treated with extreme rudeness by the Tohatsu Outboard representative.in further communications with the Tohatsu dealer or representative I attempted to discuss the poor customer service and other Tohatsu Outboard product concerns. The Tohatsu Outboard representative Elvin D'Angelo of www.internetoutboards.com referred to me directly as ".. A lowlife piece of *...". The Tohatsu dealer was extremely rude and used other foul language without cause. (Transcript available).

I have read usacomplaints.com number 172104 (copy available) where Tohatsu Outboard dealer had apparently used what, in my opinion, is obscene and excessively foul and insulting language towards the Tohatsu Outboard customer from Alaska. I think it is wrong for Tohatsu to treat Tohatsu Outboard customers in this manner. It surprises me that the Tohatsu Outboard Corp. Would condone this type of treatment of their customers. (http://usacomplaints.com/reports/0/172/ripoff0172104.htm).

In any event, there are actual text transcripts available of email communications with Tohatsu Outboard Motors representative, or dealer, Elvin D'Angelo, the so called Tohatsu Guru, who purports himself to be one of Nissan or Tohatsu Outboards largest world dealers.

If this is the way that Tohatsu outboards motors' top dealers or Nissan Outboards' representatives treat their customers simply seeking service I could only speculate what type of service the less successful Tohatsu Ouboards and Nissan Outboard Motor representatives or dealers provide to their customers.

In my opinion, Tohatsu Outboards and/or Nissan Outboard Motors poor customer service is bad enough without the customer having to tolerate verbal abuse. Customers should not be referred to as "... Lowlife piece of *", "... Dumb*", "stupid *", as a "... Retarded motherless *...", stating the customer would "..* their own children if they weren't a fudge packing *..." or saying "...* you" to the customer.

I am surprised that Tohatsu America Corp. Or Tohatsu Nissan Outboards allows this type of inappropriate behavior with its representatives or dealers or condones this type of treatment to their customers. I am also surprised that the Tohatsu Outboard Motor manufacturer allows this type of behavior towards Tohatsu Nissan customers and the apparent deceptiveness or dishonesty and/or internet scams to continue.

In my opinion, in short of Tohatsu Outboards pleading a severe case of Tourette's Syndrome, there is absolutely no excuse for using obscene or excessively foul language while dealing with customer service.in addition, all different types of people enjoy boating activities. This includes mentally handicapped people, homosexual persons and people of different ethnic origins and cultures. Slurs and/or discrimination against these customers based on their disabilities, differences or preferences should not be tolerated, particularly during customer service communications relating to product from a corporation such as Tohatsu.
