I paid $70 for a mouth guard kit with 2 putty sets, for teeth impression. The kit came incomplete After I used the first kit and wasn't successfull, I sent them numerous emails and left several voice mails, no reply

I paid $70 for a mouth guard kit with 2 putty sets (for teeth impression). The kit came incomplete with only 1 putty set. After I used the first kit and wasn't successful, I sent them numerous emails and left several voice mails abaut the shortage, no reply. Basically, I got riped off for $70. After reading several forums on the net about many other people that got ripped off by this company, I'm reporting them.
