The gym removed the favorite machines used by almost everyone, without notice, not replacing them with equivalent equipment. The manager's contradictory replies were ridiculous, illogical, unacceptable, and not at all relevant.
After numerous complaints were registered, along with a petition signed by 27 people, the gym manager refused to discuss the issue or give the name, address, and/or phone number of any of her superiors, the corporate office, etc.
Most members, young and old -as well as long-time members and new ones, depended on those machines, complained, and many of the employees agreed with them, with no resolution or recourse whatsoever.
Many older and disabled members with arthritic limitations DESPERATELY NEEDED 2 of the 5 machines removed, being irreplaceable to them.
