Night Galaxy proposes that their customers use local merchants to test products that the customer intends to buy from Night Galaxy. It is ethically wrong that we use local merchants with the intension of doing business with others. That is assuming it is even possible to find the products at a real store.
The links to the Night galaxy return policy are not displayed well.in fact to be fair, the return policy should be displayed on all their webpages.
I was given a refund and lost $40 on a $300 purchase which exceeds the 10% restocking fee.
This 10% restocking fee is wrong since the cost of restocking a $60 item should be no more than restocking a $6,000 item. The $600 profit for restocking high end night vision items must be a factor for Night Galaxy's low prices.
