Fraudulent Business Doesn't return phone calls Sucky customer service ripoff

I just happened by consumer complaints and found that other people have been screwed by this company, Torn Apparel. The problem is simple. They made me a promise that they didn't keep, then I called and emailed and called and emailed and they never returned my calls or emails. Horrible business.
