Randy Phipps did not notify us that his boat had broken down prior to a scheduled fishing excursion. We traveled to Rockport and was told of the unfortunate circumstance after our arrival.
We were not able to reschedule with him since we were already at the end of our vacation in Port Aransas.
He agreed to refund the money but never sent it. His response has been "the check is in the mail" for the last two months.
We are still waiting for a refund.
