I owned a Kydex Predator-Holster for my off duty weapon. The belt clip for my predator broke off and left
me with a holster that I can't use.

One of the reasons I purchased a predator Holster is because of the life time warranty. This is the actual quote from the Predator Holster webpage, "Predator Holsters proudly offers the best warranty in the industry! We will repair or replace any Predator holster that fails under normal use for life."

So I followed the warranty return instructions from the Predator Home Page and I mailed my broken holster into them with all of my return information.

Three and a half weeks went by and I had not recieved a new or repaired holster. This is another quote from the Predator Webpage "We will have it processed, repaired or replaced, and shipped back to you within five business days of receiving the product at our location. We are sure you will not find a better service policy anywhere."

I called the business telephone number that is posted on the webpage and the number has been disconnected. Now I don't even have my broken holster as well as the sixty bucks I spent on the thing! All I want is a new holster or atleast my money back!!!
