Purchased an access hatch (for boat) from Coastal Marine in March 06. They charged my credit card well in advance.in fact, before I received an email notifying me that the hatch was backordered.
The hatch arrive, broken, a week after they had said it would. I immediately called them an reported the damaged hatch.
I was told that a replacement would be shipped immediately. After several weeks and no hatch, I tried to call them back. Their voicemail mailboxes are full... No way to even leave a message.
They have only responded to one email since April. My credit card was charged a second time for the same hatch and I still don't have a hatch as of 31 May 06.
