I got ripped off by 818 Jerseys

I ordered a Joe Namath Jersey for my son online, when I placed the order, I got a response that their credit card machines were down and to printout the order form.
I printed the order form and sent a check for 69.99 plus 10.00 shipping to po box 152, Woodland Hills California.

I noticed a week later that the check was cashed, but it has been almost 2 months and no Jersey.
This Guy has to be stopped.
