I ordered a dirtbike for my son on December 14. The deadline for orders were Dec. 14 in order to get it in time for Christmas. It has been over a month and I still didn't get the dirtbike.
I emailed them everyday and still email them today but the only response given is the office will be closed Dec. 24-Jan. 5. I continued to email and some person by the name of Tracy Liu emailed me saying they were busy and needed to check with the manufacturer. Needless to say, That was the last I heard from them. All I get back now is the same auto reply.
I paid 499.95 for a dirtbike that never came. I've been calling no one answers. One of the numbers no longer exist. I am still hoping to get my money back or a dirtbike so I can make this up to my son since his Christmas was ruined. Please don't let this happen to you. Not only did they take my son's Christmas but I had to see his expression when his only wish was a dirtbike. They probably took the money from a lot of innocent people and went on vacation.
I am currently trying the better business bureau to see what will happen. If I can be of help to you please please don't order anything from this company. I wish I had never ordered from this company. My son is still asking when will his dirtbike come. Sadly I look into his eyes not knowing myself.
