I read a few bad reviews about how `aweful` Big Apple Card Co´s customer service was but decided to contact them about the first order. I called first and spoke to a guy who was nice and asked that I email them to receive a few lists. I used the CONTACT US form and sent a simple email asking three questions. The owner responded with two condescending emails, one hour apart. I replied respectfully (thinking perhaps I read the email wrong) and he comes back with a third response that was 100% unprofessional. My jaw drops. A simple `Yes we have those is stock` would have given him a $5,000 order. Imagine if you want to return a product... No chance
