Claimed to have rifle in stock, I ordered one and my credit card was immediately charged. I received an e-mail that an account manager had been assigned to my order and that I should expect him to contact me by that day. Three weeks went by with no attempts by Personal Choice Outfitters to contact me. During these weeks, I sent dozens of messages through three different modes, and not a single one elicited a response.
I was running out of time to file a disputed charge claim with my credit card. I belive that the company was counting on me to wait another week, at which point the charge would no longer be available for dispute. They have their money already, I have nothing and have heard nothing from them. Now I have to go through the dispute process with my credit card company having no guarantee that they will decide in my favor.
Do not do business with this company!
