The only kind of customer service this company knows is none. As far as they are concerned, you bought the product, tough luck and even when you didn't get the product, once they ship it it's your problem.interesting they tell you they have a tracking number for your order, only they don't know your name, and when you ask for the tracking number all of a sudden it's unavailable. BEWARE before ordering anything from this company, I'm sure that Dr. Oz is very sorry he had anything to do with this Co.
