For months now, I have been UNABLE to validate my air time cards for TracFone on their web site. I have e-mailed them numerous times, and every time, I get the same old run-around about calling their "800" number.
If I had WANTED to call their "800" number, I would have done so from the beginning. As I said, I keep getting the same old "we are upgrading our site to better serve the customer", please call the following "800" number to validate your air time card.
Look... I have a cell phone... A cell phone ONLY. So, how am I supposed to call these jerks and validate my air time when the cell phone I have uses their service. Go to a payphone, is the obvious answer. But I am not about to get in my car, drive to a payphone and stand there for ten minutes doing what I SHOULD be able to do on the web site as PROMISED.
