Be warned that once KT Botanicals gets your money it is very difficult to get a refund and they treat you with extreme disrespect. If they don't have a product in stock they will not tell you and keep your money until they receive that item back in stock. They stall for time by stating that the item has been shipped when it actually has NOT!
They will send you a substitute item without asking you if you want it. KT Botanicals will only offer an exchange—not a refund and they have a strong tendency to respond to your email in a rude, disrespectful manner, dealing with you like you are a fool if you complain about one of their products.
