I ordered $348 worth of packing supplies, which were promised to be delivered in 5 days or less. Shipping was not added until after the order was placed, but I was informed that would be the lowest they can find (my mistake of agreeing to that). 2nd day after order was placed, Phillip left me a message saying that the shipping would be about $40.

5 days have passed and had not received my order.in the meantime I checked my bank account and noticed they withdrew the order total and a 2nd withdrawal of about $90. I called the company and complained and they agreed to reimburse the $50.

The order had not arrived and I called the company again. I was told by a worker that it will be delivered the next day. However, the same day at dusk, UPS delivered 10 packages and was asked to sign for them. After opening all the packages, I realized that 6 items were still missing and some were incorrect. One week I had to call everyday to ask for my order. At first they told me that I signed and that means I received my order. After calling and complaining, I finally got most of my order at separate intervals. At the end of 2 weeks I am still missing 1 item.

I think what saved me is the fact that I sent the receipt page to my mailbox and I had a copy with everything I ordered. After they took my order, they deleted all information from their website, making it impossible to prove what you ordered.
