This person is a huge liar, very smooth talker, B.S. Artist and slick to the end. He claims to own millions of shares in his penny stock worthless company Perla Group, but his company is a scam. He claimed to be moving to Ft Lauderdale in May and needed a corporate apartment for his residence office. He owes me $10,000 in unpaid rent and damages. He threatened to shoot the clubhouse staff when his car was towed for the 2nd time because he is too into himself to follow to the rules of the property which included parking in assigned spots. Do not rent to this person, he is a bad situation and will lie to you and never pay!
