Hello everyone,
I am a very unsatisfied customer of this company. I originally signed up with this company back in never had any issues at all until just recent. I am not one who normally complains but felt that this needed to be done. About a month ago I decided to go with another company because I found a more reliable company. So far that company has done nothing but been amazing with my needs when it came to making sure my home was safe. As I am sure everyone knows that in order to switch to another company you have to cancel with your current company, which I proceeded to do so. After letting ALL AMERICAN ALARM know that I was no longer needing thier service I was then notified that somehow my contract automatically renews which I was never told that to begin with. First off I have been with this company for nine years why would it be a problem if I wanted to cancel.
