Ripoff Unauthorized Deduction from Account

I accepted a FREE introduction to Family Savers Club. I soon realised they were going to try and charge $19.95 to my account, an action I had no intentions of authorising.

I telephoned to cancel my account and finally they agred to do this. My account, however, was still debited by $19.95 after this supposed cancellation.

My bank has cancelled my card and will send me a new one. They will also send me a form so I can file a dispute.

I Thank usacomplaints.com for bringing my attention to the fact that I have not been the only person to be duped by these people.
