I was directed to Family Savers Club by a survey site as part of joining the survey site. I was told I won a vacation but had to pay Family Savers Club $1.85 for shipping of documents etc., which I did.
After paying Family Savers Club with my credit card, I was surprised that a charge was made for a membership at Family Savers Club on my credit card also. I promptly emailed them and asked that they refund me my money.
They did not respond to the email and have been consistantly billing me for the past 3 months, even though I have emailed them a number of times. Ripoff, dishonest companies like these are who give the internet a bad name.
Needless to say the promised vacation package never arrived, as I was on vacation in the USA in the summer waiting to use the free vacation in New Jersey.
The survey site proved to be dishonest when I researched them here on usacomplaints.com and all the exclusive and promised surveys were freely available on the net and none paid you cash. Clickbank refunded my money when I complained about the survey site not delivering what they promised and advertised.
Am I asking Family Savers Club too much to stop billing my credit card monthly and to refund me my money?
