Sad to report but my washing machine decided to die this week just in time for the holidays. But my husband decided to go and rent me one until I could buy one after Christmas. Homesmart after talking over the phone. He went to the Florence location (11/23) to rent the washer. We don"t have an automobile my husband and I;so he got a ride to the "SmartCenter". He filled out all necessary paper work provided all documents off employment and I.D.including S.S.#.
He was then giving a contract signed and delivered and a delivery time for the same day 6:00. We waited and waited. Homesmart BACK... Call back... No calls from Homesmart we are in contact with him constantly. My husband calls around 1:30 they have verified all information and wll call us back when they are on the way. NO CALL! We call back at 4:00 she then tells me it will be Monday. Morning before deliveray can get a week free for my inconvenience.
My question is free on what? I am sitting here with a machine in the middle of my kitchen floor right next to my kitchen table. The last time I spoke to her I ask her if she could just return my money so I could go some where else she said that she would bring my money to me. LIE! When I ask her for her complaint number she gave me Aaron's number they thought I was crazy. But Aaron's and the RAC assured me that if I called them back they would delivery no matter what!
